The processing is based on the informed consent you grant when submitting your data through our forms, as well as our legitimate interest in operating the platform efficiently and securely. For compliance with regulatory obligations before the National Securities Commission (CNV), the processing is justified by legal mandate.
4. Data retention
Personal data is retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Contact data is kept for a maximum period of 24 months from the last interaction. Financial information linked to crowdlending operations is retained for a minimum period of 10 years, in accordance with tax and CNV regulations.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to the processing of your personal data, in accordance with Law 25,326. You can exercise these rights by sending an email to info@axorvexis.com with the reference "Data Protection" in the subject line. We are committed to responding within the 10 business days established by the regulations.
6. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use TLS encryption for all communications, secure storage on servers located in jurisdictions with adequate levels of data protection, and restricted access protocols for our staff.
7. International transfers
Some of our technology service providers may be located outside Argentina. In such cases, we ensure that such transfers comply with the requirements of the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection and are made to countries with adequate levels of protection or under appropriate contractual clauses.
